By accessing or using Edimenta®, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. Privacy practices are governed separately under our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility & Minor Responsibility

• Users must be 18 years or older to register.
• Users below 18 must register through a parent or legal guardian.
• Parents/guardians accept responsibility for supervision and lawful use.

2. Account Responsibility

• Accurate registration details must be provided.
• Login credentials must remain confidential.
• Sharing login credentials is prohibited.
• You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.

3. Course Access & Validity

• Course access is granted for one academic year from activation.
• Primary mode of delivery is the official Edimenta™ mobile application.
• Edimenta® may modify platform access methods for security reasons.

4. Device Binding & Security Controls

• Access may be restricted to a limited number of authorized devices per account.
• Device authorization policies may change to enhance security.
• Use of rooted/jailbroken devices, emulators, virtual systems, or security bypass tools is prohibited.
• Use of VPNs or masking technologies to circumvent platform controls may result in suspension.
• Edimenta® may block suspicious login patterns or abnormal concurrent usage.

5. Intellectual Property & Content Protection

All course materials including videos, tests, notes, PDFs, explanations, animations, and related materials are exclusive intellectual property of Edimenta®.

• No downloading, copying, recording, photographing, screen capturing, or redistribution is permitted.
• No resale, sharing, or public posting is permitted.
• Access is limited, personal, and non-transferable.

These restrictions apply equally to content distributed through the website, mobile application, LMS platform, and all official Edimenta® social media or third-party distribution channels.

6. Watermarking, Monitoring & Traceability

• Course content may include dynamic and forensic watermarking containing user-identifiable markers.
• Edimenta® may maintain activity logs including IP data, device identifiers, login timestamps, and usage analytics for security purposes.
• If unauthorized distribution is traced to an account, the account holder may be subject to investigation and enforcement action.
• Attempting to alter, obscure, remove, or bypass watermarking or security mechanisms constitutes a material breach.

7. Enforcement & Legal Action

• Violation of intellectual property protections may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
• Associated devices may be blocked.
• Edimenta® reserves the right to pursue civil remedies, recovery of damages, and initiate legal proceedings under applicable law.

8. Payments, Refunds & Disputes

• Payment is required prior to access.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute after accessing content may result in suspension and recovery action.

9. Fraud & Official Communication

• Edimenta® has no branches, agents, or franchise centers.
• Official communication occurs only via edimenta.com, the official mobile application, or emails from the @edimenta.com domain.
• Edimenta® is not liable for losses caused by third-party impersonation.

10. Academic Disclaimer

Edimenta® does not guarantee marks, ranks, admission outcomes, or examination results. Performance depends on individual effort and external evaluation systems.

11. Limitation of Liability

• No liability for academic performance outcomes.
• No liability for service interruptions or technical downtime.
• No liability for device incompatibility or internet failures.
• No liability for indirect or consequential losses.

12. Service Modifications

Edimenta® may update, modify, or discontinue services or features at its discretion.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Edimenta® shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms.

14. Policy Updates

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
