By purchasing any course from Edimenta®, you agree to this Policy and our Terms & Conditions.

1. Nature of Product

Edimenta® provides structured, pre-recorded digital educational courses with access valid for one academic year from the date of activation.

All courses are digital products delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, access credentials are issued and digital delivery is deemed complete.

2. Strict No-Refund Policy

All course purchases are final.

• No refund shall be provided once payment is successfully completed.
• No refund shall be granted for dissatisfaction, change of mind, academic performance, or personal reasons.
• No refund shall be granted once any part of the course content has been accessed.

By completing payment, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this no-refund policy.

By purchasing digital content, you expressly waive any right to cancellation once course access has been granted.

3. Content Access & Delivery Completion

Since Edimenta® delivers digital content, access to the course platform constitutes full delivery of the product.

Once login credentials are activated or course material becomes accessible, the service is considered rendered and non-refundable.

4. Duplicate Payments

If a duplicate payment occurs due to technical error, the excess amount may be refunded after verification.

Payment gateway charges, transaction processing fees, or other non-recoverable costs may be deducted from the refundable amount where applicable.

5. Payment Gateway Errors

If payment is debited but course access is not granted due to technical or gateway failure:

• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of the transaction.
• Upon verification, access will be granted or the transaction will be reversed through the payment gateway.

Refund timelines in such cases depend on the payment gateway or banking system processing cycles.

6. Chargeback & Payment Disputes

Initiating a false chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal after accessing course content may be treated as payment abuse.

• Edimenta® may suspend or terminate account access.
• Associated devices may be blocked.
• Recovery of outstanding dues may be initiated through lawful means.

7. Course Validity Period

Course access is valid for one academic year from activation and automatically expires at the end of the validity period.
